Root Canals
At times when a tooth has sustained damage to the nerve, whether it is from deep decay or trauma, a root canal may be necessary in order to keep the tooth. This procedure will remove the damaged nerve and relieve the patient’s pain. We would like to ensure that our patients have the best possible success rate when trying to save a severely damaged tooth. After we are certain that the patient is out of pain and the root canal has been successful, we recommend that our patients have a crown place on the tooth to further ensure the longevity of the tooth.
